Timer-Film Review

What if there was a device you can wear that will tell you when you meet your soulmate? And what if you were still waiting for it to go off when you're approaching your 30th birthday? That's the predicament Oona (Emma Caulfield-Buffy The Vampire Slayer) has in this great romantic comedy. I have never really seen or remember Emma Caulfield in anything but here she was great. There was a real chemistry between her and Michelle Borth who plays Steph her stepsister. The scenes between them seemed very real to me. And her relationship with Mikey (John Patrick Amedori) was very real feeling to me as well. Some good little comic scenes with Steph who works the phone at a nursing home are good too. The ending might make you a little upset but it's not enough to ruin what fun you had watching the rest of the film. This was a very nice surprise that I got when I watched it on Netflix streaming. I highly recommend this to fans of romantic comedies.
