Operation:Endgame-Film Review

The latest from Darko Entertainment, Richard Kelly's production company. Director Fouad Mikati does a credible job keeping up the pace as much as possible. It just kind of peters out toward the conclusion. But it won't take up much of your time since before the credits start it's about 80 minutes long. If the script was as good as the first 15 minutes throughout the rest of the movie I would have given it 4 stars. Of course that's because Rob Corddry was featured in the beginning. You can't go wrong with him. Don't be fooled by Zach Galifianakis's credit here. He's not featured that much in the film. With a cast this huge there's bound to be somebody that's left behind. Tim Bagley (the store manager in Employee of The Month) and Michael Hitchcock are pretty funny as the guys overseeing everything in the control room. Great eye candy for the guys in Odette Yustman (Cloverfield, The Unborn), the always hot Maggie Q, and even Ellen Barkin is looking good in that red dress. Overall not bad, worth seeing.
