Man I bet these guys loved filming this movie. You can really tell it was a labor of love. Too bad it didn't come across the screen though. Average Adam Sandler movie with a great cast that should have been comedy gold. I mean come on Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade, Rob Schneider (who has done some pretty good work in Sandler movies), and of course Sandler himself. And for the boys Salma Hayek and Maria Bello! What could go wrong? Well for one thing the script which must have been cranked out in an afternoon or was there even a script or more of a guideline of different gags. Pretty mediocre for my tastes and I'm definitely easygoing when it comes to comedies like this. I still give it three stars but a total disappointment for me because I thought it would be so much better.
