The Good Heart-Film Review

Paul Dano (a guy who makes good choices in small little films) plays a homeless man who is helped by Jacques (Brian Cox in a great performance as a hateful bastard of a man who, deep down has a "good heart"). He teaches him the trade of bartending in his bar that he owns. Meanwhile Jacques has had 5 heart attacks with dire news that his heart is basically dying slowly. This is the major core of the film, the relationship with these two men. Dano is playing a tentative unassertive man in the role, kind of like his role in the movie Gigantic (a movie I highly recommend for mainly John Goodman's role and Danos' family's characters in the film. (that's you shawn!). It's also got Zooey Deschannel in it so you can't go wrong.) Anyways if you like to see Brian Cox do some good acting work check it out.
