"Release The Kraken". That's one of the funnest lines to say at anytime. To say Sam Worthington had a great 2009 is a massive understatement. With Terminator Salvation, this movie and the mind blowing Avatar he quickly rose amongst the top draws for directors' choices. All that's left is a romantic comedy. I won't go into the story since most people know it by heart. This version was better than I expected. You want to be entertained by these kind of films and I can say I was. I mean you've got Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes in it as well. The Kraken was cool as well. It took forever to come out of the water but was impressive. The film makers did a great job remaking a pretty good movie from the 80's. But I think the presence of Worthington helped it a lot. This guy was born to do movies like this. Recommended.
